“His knowledge of construction in general and of all the many intricacies that are involved in a project of this size and scope was eye opening to us. He attended every meeting we called or scheduled with or without the architect and was intimately involved in many if not all of the decisions we made in the final design and build-out. Due to his extensive experience with projects of this type and size was immensely helpful in giving us different ideas of how to solve design problems we encountered. Much of the beauty of our home is directly related to his suggestions.

Our greatest apprehension when building this project was how we would deal with a contractor who was less than diligent in fulfilling his obligations. All of us have heard or experienced horror stories of unexplained delays in construction projects caused by the contractor or sub contractors failing to even show up for work as promised. Tres never let us down in this regard to the point of either him or one of his superintendents being present almost continuously during the construction period. This was a tremendous comfort to both of us during this stressful time.
